Whats are our products made of ?
Buttered Up offers a luxurious range of body, face and hair products. We use only premium quality, certified organic ingredients. The line offers products that are free of chemicals, parabens, sulphates, formaldehdye, synthetic fragrances and animal products.
Where can I purchase your products ?
We stock our product at various locations throughout Trinidad. Please see our stockists section on our website for more information. Please note that only selected product ranges are available at our stockists. Also prices at our stockists vary to our online prices offered.
Currently we do not offer purchases directly from our webiste. However, you can use the cart feature to see the summary of your order and total and also to send us item details.
PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Do I have to order through the website?
Our website is an online viewing catalogue for all our products. We do not yet allow purchasing directly from our website.
How to place an order?

Include the name and quantity of each product you wish to purchase
Also include your full name, shipping address and telephone contact.
Await confirmation email with invoice inclusive of delivery charge.
Upon your confirmation to our email, your order will be processed.
Your order will arrive within 2-3 days of confirmation.
How can I pay for my order?
For all orders placed directly with Buttered Up Organics, there are the options of Linx, MasterCard, Visa or Cash paid upon delivery.

Once something has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.
How do I cancel an order?
Write us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placing order will be accepted.
Once something has been shipped, we can no longer cancel an order and you will be liable for the cost of the product and shipping charge.
How do I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing order. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to make changes to your order. Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund of products.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Trinidad and Tobago. If you are located internationally, delivery options can be arranged.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery cost varies depending on location and package value.
Currently, we only deliver within Trinidad and Tobago.
All of our deliveries are made by our local courier Universal Packaging Systems Limited.

Please provide a reliable and accurate shipping address, as returned packages may incur additional cost.
Deliveries are available to residnetial and commercial adresses. Please ensure someone is available to sign and pay for package upon delivery.
How long will deliver take?
Delivery can take from 1-3 days after order has been processed.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries will be made from 8 am to 4 pm Monday- Friday. Please ensure that the address you enter as shipping information is where you will be during this time. Please ensure someone is available to sign and pay for package upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Will a signature be needed for my delivery?
Yes we will require for someone to sign for your delivery.
